The Steel Valley Authority’s “Strategic Early Warning Network” is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to work under retainer assisting its regional director in a newly expanded 13 county area encompassing northeastern Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley regions. Interested parties should have a proven track record in financial restructuring and related activities. The SEWN network provides layoff aversion and business retention services to challenged small and middle-market manufacturing firms throughout the State.
